There are many songs to choose from when it comes time for ones graduation. Many people have their personal preferences, while there are a select few that hold dear in everyone’s heart when it comes to graduation. Entering this year graduation ceremonies some people will be looking for a reminder of what some of these long forgotten songs are. Here is a list of some of the most popular.

Good Riddance [Time Of Your Life] by Green Day

Many people when they hear this song they think of their high school, or college days that lead up to graduation.

Schools out by Alice Cooper

A personal favorite of mine when at the end of high school, and I assume will be when I graduate college.

We are the Champions by Queen

This song is another oldie, but Goldie that will always be a favorite during older generations graduations, as well as the younger ones.

Fly Away by Lenny Kravitz

Played this at the beginning of my graduation all those years ago, and every time I hear it I think of that one moment, and also reminded me that I never had to go back to high school.

Here’s to the Night by Eve 6

I dare anyone to hear this song when getting ready for graduation and not think about the next step in his or her life. They played this song at the end of my graduation ceremony and it still remains one of my favorites when thinking back.

I Believe I Can Fly by R. Kelly

Regardless about how you feel about R. Kelly you can’t argue that he makes some good music. This song will get any new graduate excited about his or her next step.

It’s my life by Bon Jovi

This song was not actually played at my graduation, but I wish it were. Needless to say I listened to it in the car arriving to and leaving the graduation ceremonies.

These are just a few of many and mine personal favorites when it comes to choosing graduation songs. I have found that most people have their own personal favorite that is unique to each individual.
