Things To Remember Before Planning Your Bus Tour

Get the complete knowledge about the place you are visiting. Get that information from your friends and relatives who have visited the place. Ask them facilities available at that place and difficulties faced by them and how to deal in such situations. If your friends or relatives not visited that place, then check everything though internet such as Google search etc. Get the complete information about Hotel stay, places to visit there and cost to be incurred and also availability of transport. If you are planning to visit more than one place, then find connecting bus tour option and Hotel stay and also food that is available there. Estimate the total cost and be prepared 10 percent more to spend.

HAVE SUFFICIENT LIQUID CASH IN HAND ALWAYS:

In many cases you can pay by Credit or Debit cards. But many circumstances arise where you have to pay by liquid cash only. Also you may get an ATM where it might not be working.

PREPARE FOR ANY ILLNESS DURING JOURNEYS:

When you travel with your families, children or your aged parents may become ill due to any reason. So you must carry some medicines for cold, cough, body pains or even for strains or injuries. Carry essential medicines of your aged parents or even for you in case of prolonged diseases such as diabetics etc. Take all medical health insurance policies with you and also doctor’s prescriptions etc for any reference.

This may look something bit difficult or funny. But try to persuade your spouse and parents to do some yoga or aerobics so that they are fit and fine throughout the journey. Many hotel are now a days providing with Gyms etc. So that all of you can take advantage of the same. If nothing is available then yoga and breathing exercises are the best things to do.

During journeys carrying electric hot kettle or handy coffee maker etc are very good. These are very useful when you are with young children or aged parents.

YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO READ MAPS OR NAVIGATION:

This is a must when you travel in your own vehicle. Along with you your spouse and one more person must know how to read maps on mobile and how to follow the instruction given there on. If you do not know, you must practice it now. This is always useful.

FOOD IS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR:

When you visit new places, you may get different food or new kind of food. Here you must eat food that suits your body only. Don’t try new foods that may not be suitable for you body, which may play havoc in your stomach and spoil your mood as well as your loved ones. Avoid all kinds of street food. You can have street food if you are satisfied with the hygiene they maintain. If you do not know about any new food, always have bread and butter which are available easily everywhere. Also have some medicines for indigestion and vomiting also.

You must stick to your original plan only. Don’t change your plan in between your journey which may jeopardise your monetary health. Always book your Hotel Tickets, Flight tickets or Trains tickets well in advance so that you do not have any unpleasant situations.

PACK YOUR LUGGAGE WITH ALL ESSENTIAL THINGS:

Before leaving your home see that 1) Trains tickets or Flight Tickets 2) Proper Identity Card 3) Passport and Visa of all your family members if you are visiting abroad 4)Credit/Debit Cards 5) Medicines 6) All Essential Clothing especially children’s clothing 7) Driving Licence and vehicle insurance in case travelling in own vehicle 8) Hotel booking confirmation 9) Mobile chargers and 10) Liquid Cash to be kept in suitcases. Avoid very big suitcases. Carry small or medium sized suitcases so that you can carry them easily anywhere.

Don’t be rude with your children, who may do some mischief of mistake during journey. They may ask you to buy whatever they see during journey. Keep cool and bring smile on your face as well as on the faces of your loved ones. Avoid night strolling in unknown or deserted places.
