Many people before have spoke about the benefits of drinking water, and the ill-effects of drinking carbonated drinks. And I am not here to repeat after them.

The packaged carbonated drinks, or soft drinks, are beverages, and includes products like, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Sprite, Fanta, Thums Up, Limca, Mountain Dew, etc.

According to the surveys conducted by the National Soft Drink Association (NSDA), the total consumption of soft drinks is more than 600-12 ounce servings per person per year.

And, in these, Pepsi and Coke rank the list.

As you guessed I don’t want to talk about how Coke or Pepsi will affect your life in a bad way, but want to state how it will benefit your life. I want to talk about in what all way Coke can replace the usage of water in your day-to-day life.
